TRooGTM

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how TRooGTM ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our product to research prospects, run outbound campaigns, and manage a workspace.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address, used to sign you in via a one-time code and to identify your workspace memberships.

Workspace data: campaigns, targeting descriptions, leads you import or that we match, sent-email records, and billing/usage history — all scoped to the workspace you create or are invited to.

Third-party contact data: company and people records used for targeting, sourced either from your own CSV imports or from our company/people graph.

3. How we use information

To operate the product: researching your market, proposing campaigns, sending outreach on your behalf through our managed mailbox pool, classifying replies, metering usage for billing, and reallocating budget when Autopilot is enabled.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your workspace's data. Outbound emails are sent through our managed mailbox pool, not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You can suppress any contact or domain from future sends at any time (Setup → Suppress list). To request a copy or deletion of your data, email support@troogtm.com.

6. Data retention

We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

7. Cookies

We use a single essential, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above if this policy materially changes.
