Terms of Use

By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use TRooGTM.

TRooGTM researches your market, proposes buyer segments, matches companies and people, and sends personalized outreach on your behalf through our managed mailbox pool, with optional Autopilot budget reallocation.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the leads and targeting you provide, and for the content of any custom instructions you give the outreach agent.

You may not use TRooGTM to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications, or to target contacts who have opted out or been suppressed. We may pause sending for a workspace we reasonably believe is violating this section.

TRooGTM is billed per email sent, with no subscription. You top up a prepaid balance; sending pauses automatically when your balance reaches $0.

You can stop using TRooGTM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a workspace that violates these terms.

TRooGTM is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We'll update the "Last updated" date above if these terms materially change.
